Is that really a paintball gun?! At first I thought it was airsoft due to it's realism. That is better than any other paintball attempt I've seen.

Yup yup.

Personally, I think it's retarded going on the field with that. I'd rather have a plain A-5 with a simple stock and maybe a red-dot.

..It looks cool though...and it scares the shit out of the newbies.

Wow, I just googled the A-5. That's pretty cool how it's modeled around the MP5. I hadn't really ever seen any paintball guns based on real rifles except a Tippman modeled after an Ak-74u that I saw at a local store.

Hmm, I'm a heavy airsoft player because I love the weapons, but I might have to go pick up a paintball gun now! :)

Depending on what kind of gun you want your marker to look like, I'd also check out the Tippmann X-7.

It's newer, and apparently has the same internals as the A5, but there are some really nice mods available for it too.

The thing I don't like about the A5 (for realism), is that the...hose thing (Forgot the name) is always in the bottom middle, between the clip (if you put one in), and the trigger guard, which gives M4/Mp5 looking markers an elongated look, which is kind of ugly in my opinion.
It's harder to see in this picture because it's an angle.
The X7, however, has that hose thingy going through the clip, so it looks nicer.

..and if you're on a tight budget, there's also the Tippmann 98.

This is nice, how can you see through the scope?

Not, is my guess lol..

My squad leader has a red dot on his A5, and it's impossible to look through if you still want the stock against your shoulder.

It's probably possible with one of those solid stocks and a raised sight though.

Scope doesn't seem practical, but then again, neither does an M4 paintball gun. All for the benefit of the camera.

Well it wasn't a set-up shot.

I was bored during the break between games, so I just decided to take the picture.
